Returns

We want you to love your purchase! if something isn't quite right, here's how returns work: 

• Return Window: You must start the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags/packaging.
• Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for worn, washed, or damaged items, or for final sale/clearance products.
• Process: To start a return, please email us at hellothrivek9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide the next steps and shipping address. 
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Please do not return covered in pet hair or with stains.
• We will not cover sending out a new package due to any address issues - customer is responsible for inputting address correctly.
